That was very friendly and helpful the hotel was spotless. Very easy to navigate around the hotel signs are up telling you where to go. The room is very nice very clean. I would definitely come back here in the future.

Got home today from a two-day stay at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown. Our room was a 2 queen standard room, and it was very clean and spacious, perfect for the four of us. I called ahead to ask a few questions and advise we would arrive after midnight, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items, and the staff in the breakfast area was hustling to keep the food refreshed the tables clean. We were in town for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium, and not only was the stadium a quick walk from the hotel, but we were surprised with a great view of the stadium from our room. Great stay---would definitely return.

The location is good, rooms are clean, and nice.

The people in front desk and the manager was horrible with me and they laid about how much they going to charge, I ask several times just to make sure the price was the same as booking reservation, because I had the price in my pre reservation. And at front desk the person in turn told me it was the correct amount and at the end of the they she charged 30 dollars more. And she tray to contact her manager but the manager scrim to me and at the and of the day she didn’t help me.
