Excellent restaurant, excellent staff

Bathroom could do with some updating. Shower difficult to control, towel rail not heating up. Very busy road close by.

Great location for what we needed, good breakfast included in the price, comfortable bed, very clean

Room was a little cold

Fantastic place, food was exceptional, slight issue with room being cold but was beyond their control

Walking into the room was like walking into a warm hug perfect with how cold it was outside and the bed you just sink into it my husband gets a great nights sleep here so do I which for us is unusual as husband has shoulder damage and I have arthritis n fybromyalgia and Addisons long Covid me lovely place

Love the auberge breakfasts are amazing, property has beautiful garden the showers are disabled friendly if struggle joints wise usually beds are sink into x

Unfortunately for the first time ever staying here the bed was uncomfortable and neither of us slept much which as I say is a first here

The superior room was very comfortable, the bed was a 4 poster bed so that added to the experience.

We had paid in advance which included breakfast on New Years Day. We were told breakfast was served between 8am to 10am, so went to go at 9am. When we tried to go to the restaurant, thd whole place was completely locked up with no staff anywhere. I tried phoning the main number but just got an out of date voicemail. Other guests were staying too, so none of the guests could get into the main building/restaurant. It was very disappointing.
