"What’s that smell?"

Any good reviews have to be fake. The hallways smell like number 8 incense. The elevator smelled like hash oil and the carpets were wet in the room. They charge 50.00 refundable cleaning free if you leave the room dirty, but they must not use that fee to clean the room. Dried pasta sauce was on the cook top and who puts plastic food wrap over smoke detectors? IHG should be embarrassed this hotel uses one of their brand names. Oh, the fire door in the hallway won’t stay closed.

Didn’t sleep couldn’t breath from the time you walked into the lobby it smelled. Couldn’t sleep because the room smelled so bad. Definately need to get air filters/purifiers or something won’t ever stay there again. And I don’t ever leave review but because I read good reviews I decided to stay. Wanted to be sure that people knew before going what to expect

During our stay we had two fire alarms where we had to evacuate the rooms. One at approximate 11:30PM and the second at 2:30am. The staff did not clearly communicate the cause of the issue or provide clear instructions on where to rally in the parking lot, or when it was safe to return to the room. Furthermore, following the alarms, the water was turned off to the entire building, including all showers toilets and sinks. The staff offered a bottle of water to my wife and I as compensation.

Laundry is included, which is great. Bring your own soap or buy one for $3.00. Please provide paper towels or something to clean the dryers. Purify water filter (like at the airport) would be highly appreciated, as this part of the country, the drinking water is not the most desirable.
