To shower there was already a broken spoon to keep the knob up so the water would drain. The pool was only open for 3 hours

Hotel smelled awful, we could not get extra pillows and blankets for pull out couch bed. Stains on furniture, and access to lobby blocked by work out equipment.... location is i Sketchy at best.

The staff was very friendly, and what appeared to be the owner was also very kind and friendly.

Booking.com asked about my family (listing the age of my child), so they know I had a child with me. The hotel shares a driveway with a strip club. There should be some sort of message that goes along with my reservation that I am staying at a hotel next to a strip club. The secure door to enter the hotel was broken and didn't lock - it appeared to have been broken for some time - that didn't make me feel safe. There was a strange smell in the hallway - it looked like they were trying to dry something with a fan on the carpet all night. There was mold on curtains visible from the outside window. a pee stain on the mattress cover on one of our beds.

The room was clean

The constant noise and terrible "skunky" odor coming from the two rooms beside and adjacent to me.

Facilities were very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Locations is actually pretty good, slightly out of the way, quiet yet convenient.

Such a nice hotel - but who in the heck installed the truly crappy bathroom exhaust fans? Why have such a nice facility and have the absolute 'low bidder' for the bathroom exhaust?

When first reserved it was a pay when stay and they charged me, immediately, I emailed a couple of times and never heard back. We got there later then wanted, front desk gal pleasant and helpful, first room fridge didn’t work so she switched us rooms, the second one fridge barley working and bottom of fridge filled up with water, ? From defrosting? Also where tile went to carpet was tore up, some of breakfast was not very warm, otherwise had a good night sleep.
