Comfort Inn Lexington I-75

Breakfast was very good. Staff was nice and there when needed. Beds were comfy but could of been a lil bit cleaner and up to date but not bad place to stay.

Check-in was fast and easy and the front desk gentleman was very nice and courteous. The parking area was dark and the parking lot was in ill repair. There was also significant damage to the gate for the pool. The room itself was ok, BUT was not what we booked as shown online, there was an odd shower/jetted tub setup as opposed to a normal shower (I could hear everything my husband was doing in the bathroom because the tub was open to the sleeping area. (room 208) I feel as if this was all that was left since we didn't check in until later in the evening (after 10 pm). Breakfast was out of a lot of things and I did not see anyone attending to the area to keep things stocked. On a good note it was a relatively quite location.

Clean room and facilities. Noise elevator, maybe needs to be looked at. Breakfast was good except for the fake scrambled eggs (really I could not eat them due to chemical taste)

The staff were excellent.

One word..Bedbugs!! Got there at dark. The room was very nasty! Vent was off in the bathroom. The bathroom was under renovation I guess. There was black hand prints and white paint covering mold. 6AM bedbug was crawling across my mom’s face. We killed it! Nasty!! Got a video and pictures for proof.

Location convenient. It was close to our highway. Breakfast good, coffee very bad. Receptionist very nice, she also set up the kitchen..

Room 107!! It had a very unpleasant odor . It just seemed dirty. Bathroom: the tub shower curtain, at the bottom, is covered with mold. Bathroom smelled musty. The bathroom sink faucets are loose and backwards. The exhaust fan is very, very noisy, and isn't working at all. We ordered a king bed, received a queen. Have us key to change, but that room(115) was missing of a comfy chair, bath fan didn't work at all & hanging loosely on the wall, the cooling unit was very loud. We stayed where we were.

The continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The hotel was clean. The front desk clerk was very helpful.

As a whole the hotel was just what I needed. It was a little run down but it was fine for a quick trip.

Beds are comfortable. Room we were in smelled musty and bathroom fan needs to be fixed.

We could not understand the desk person because of his heavy accent. We never got access to Wifi because of this lack of communication.
