O hotel está novinho, muito limpo!

Es un lugar céntrico. Un buen servicio al cliente

No brindaron limpieza durante los 2 días que estuve, encima me dieron la escoba para limpiar

We were leery about staying here because of the past reviews. However, our stay was very enjoyable. All the staff were excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was remodeled. Breakfast was good. Made to order eggs and pancakes. very close to ferry. Was a bit noisy at night, but we stayed on the weekend.

Hotel is in remodelation which is odd to stay there, it's not that good as it looks in the pictures. Some people of the staff have kind of preference in how they treat the tourist, if you are American you will get the best treatt, if not, don't expect much.

Convenient to cruise port, no elevator!

No me hospede en este hotel porque no tiene Piscina. Pero muy gentilmente me pasaron la reserva a otro hotel que esta en Via España, se llama Marin Places Financial center, el cual lleno mis expectativas, y si tiene piscina. ...y el personal muy amable. Todo en orden. Espero poder ir al del coswey pronto. Pero les adelanto que el de Via España es muy bueno y el personal muy amable. Hotel limpio. Y valet parking.

The room was mostly clean but we had to clean the bathroom ourselves. No one at the hotel spoke much English and the breakfast was had to figure out as no one in the restaurant could speak English either and the breakfast was a meat sandwich with baked beans. There was also a concert in the parking lot the night we stayed there that did not quit until after midnight. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
