Scam! Beware! If you need to stay a night before your cruise departure, book elsewhere! At 3:07pm (10 min before my flight take-off for 5+ hours flight), they send me an email that "due to maintenance situation...don't have rooms available..." and offered a "different location in the city center" - at minimum miles away but also without name/address, so no way to check reviews. I responded that this was not acceptable. No response from the hotel. Had to book a different hotel at much higher cost upon my arrival. The kicker, that 2 weeks later I still can't get my refund. According to the booking site, the hotel refuses to authorize the refund. I travel 2-3 months every year. It's been at least 8 years since I have had so horrible experience with a booking. So, if you want to at 10 pm without cell phone connection and in a country your don't speak the local language figure out alternative options and then fight for weeks to get money back for service NOT provided (much less extra costs) - this hotel is for you!

It was fine for a quick stopover stay. Great walking ability!

La estructura parece envejecida. Es necesario elevadores. Con discapacidad no hay accesibilidad a las recámaras.

Todo bien para el precio que pagamos, solamente que si deberian de aclarar que el desayuno es un sandwich y 1 solo por persona 👍

The location and the personal are awesome.

No nos ofrecieron El Welcome drink. No había hielo ni caso, el desentumí debe de haber más variedad.

Good place and nice area, just outside of the city, and by marina.

This was a wonderful spot, the hotel is located in one of the most visit and amazing area. There is shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities, a marina, bikes for rentals, kids parks, a walk to the marina to take a boat to Taboga island and so much more. I enjoy this hotel. The view from my balcony room of the Panama cinta costera was amazing. The only thing I have to say is the hotel doesn’t have an elevator which you have to take the stair to go up to your room, and there have to be like about 25 step up. Is a pain in the behind to go up those stairs but it was worthy. Also there was no fridge, but if you asked for one they will bring you one. The staff was amazing. Overall I will stay at this property again and again. It was a dream spot.

the facility was nice, the rooms are clean and AC works great. great views of the marina and water, Great area to walk and do biking or electric scooters. restaurants all around the area and easy to walk to. very safe area with great staff... stayed 2 nights.
