The hotel is near where I have appointments. There are great restaurants nearby in the historic section of Albany. It's convenient and comfortable. I really appreciate the breakfast. Very easy and fast.

"Chilly "

Easy to find staff friendly. Our room was freezing. We could feel heat coming out of room unit but cold air coming in through the window (it was 16 degrees out). The hotel was completely booked based on the number of cars and because of so many people I couldn’t get any where the breakfast they provided

They have a nice big suite. It was clean and equipped.

They checked us in at 5pm because of their late check outs but they kicked us out 11 am. No consideration or courtesy to let us check out late when we checked in late.

"Casey and the hotel staff are the best in the business!!"

Our trip was wonderful! The staff here are incredible and go well above and beyond what is expected. They were always helpful and friendly and made sure to check in on our stay whenever we saw them in the hallway or lobby. Casey is phenomenal and made us feel like we were the only guests staying at the hotel. We will definitely be returning and will recommend staying here to all of our friends! Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!
