The staff was amazing. The hot tube didn’t work but it does have a pool that’s nice. The kitchen was nice. They made everything easy for me in my time in need. Thank them so much

Location near downtown plus the staff were excellent

One lift not working that is life with mechanical apparatus that can breakdown. It didn’t affect us hough.

The room had broken furniture. The pull out mattress did not have linens. When we pulled it out there was some ungodly stain. The elevator and hot tub were broken. No towels ever at the pool. Trash left outside rooms all day and trash piled in laundry room for over 24 hours. Clearly understaffed.
