It was clean and close to where I was going..

When I booked I booked a two bedroom suite and when I got there it wasn't available and I booked a month in advance they did give me two rooms same price but wat if I brought kids I didn't get a notification or anything... And the price for one night a little pricey but other then that I didn't have a problem wit the staff or anything else...

Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Pull out sofa was perfect for our toddler or small adult only. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was nice.. get there early though it gets crowded. Room was very quiet and ac was cold and comfortable. Parking is $10 a day so be prepared for that

The rooms need some upgrades. The sink was leaking, no bedding for the fold out sofa and the bathroom had chipped paint on the walls and baseboards. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable. We would have expected better for the extreme cost of the rooms per night.

Drug use on property in public spaces

Sophisticated? This hotel was dirty and very outdated, not to mention in a sketchy neighborhood. Front desk staff were friendly but that is all I can recommend about this hotel.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and they had lots of amenities. Parking felt relatively secure and it wasn't too loud during my stay. I could sometimes hear noisy people outside of the hotel because of the area it's in, but this wasn't disturbing enough to bother me in any real way. I would happily stay again.

The Reception Coordinator (front desk staff) was pleasant, but the managers are liars.

The Manager, Casey, and the GM Tyler... my family traveled from Southeastern Massachusetts to Albany NY for my aunt's funeral. NO working light bulb in the bedroom and was NEVER replaced when asked. The hotel ran out of food an hour and a half BEFORE breakfast was over on Saturday morning and Casey, the manager had a NASTY attitude and told us if we don't like it we can eat somewhere else! NEVER OFFERED TO ACCOMMODATE THE LOSS. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the payment for the stay! I will NEVER recommend ANY FAMILY OR FRIEND OR EVEN A FOE TO STAY THERE. THEN when I asked to speak woth the GM Tyler, about our stay, I was told I was going to get 20,000 points = to 1 free night at ANY Marriott Bonvoy Hotel, AND that wasn't honored because HE LEFT and is NO Longer the GM! HE KNEW HE WAS NOT GOING TO BE THERE! So I can't log into Bonvoy apo, NO points were awarded to.me and my card was still charged with more incidentals they could not explain the itemization for! THIEVES AND LIARS AND LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. and the temporary GM, Denise NEVER CALLED ME BACK EITHER. So you all have my money for LESS THAN Motel 6 service. NEVER AGAIN.
