Kanda Residences Pool Villas

The room was really dirty and smelled raelly bad....

Was there with family for a 6D/5N stay between 15 to 20 Dec 17. The airport transfer and check in was smooth. The staff were very friendly. The villa was spacious and well decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool was clean though small. The patio was excellent for relaxing. Tge only setback was that the living room did not have an attached bathroom. The Rockpool restaurant had decent menu and a common pool overlooking the open sea. Though the service was good , the menu was slightly over price and last order had to be placed before 10:00 p.m. The Villa provided free shuttle service to the city but pick up timing was restricted to 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. with a return ferry at 3:30 p.m. Overall , we enjoyed our stay and was happy with the service and the friendly staff. We would strongly recommend this accomodation.

My husband and I stayed in the two story villa with ocean view. The villa is huge and very comfortable, nice pool, housekeeping twice a day, insuite laundry, and an amazing view from the top floor. The breakfasts were really good, and the staff are lovely and very helpful. It is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, good for couples or families. The resort is not walking distance to amenities, but a short taxi ride. You can also hire a private driver at reception to take you to see attractions which we enjoy much more than an organized tour.

I can't say enough about how amazing our stay was at the Kanda Residences! 5 stars all around! It all started when they picked us up from the airport (called ahead to make reservations). Every employee was the kindest and most helpful during our stay. And the room...Wow!!! We stayed in room 3 which was a pool villa and boy, was it fabulous!!! It was so spacious, clean and had all the amenities of a full kitchen, washer/dryer and 2 bathrooms. The pool was a great size for being private and it was beautiful! We are not ones to spend much time in our room while one vacation but plans were rearranged to have 2 full days just in our room lying by the pool with room service. While there isn't much of an ocean view downstairs (it's still incredibly gorgeous), upstairs had the water view. I would wake up each morning to the most magnificent view of the ocean! The bathroom setup was well layed out so you could see the ocean from the shower, sink, toliet or bathtub. There was even a balcony outside your room with comfy lounge chairs in which you could sit and stare at the water while drinking your coffee. A delicious breakfast was provided each morning with a huge array of breakfast foods that would appeal to any palate. Overall, we have stayed at many hotels in our travels and this was by far our favorite and well worth the money. Thank you Kanda Residences!!

Location was ok but a bit remote with only an average restaurant

Very pleasing experience and do try the in-villa BBQ! Smart, Ice and Aon were simply awesome!! Many other staff deserve equal commendation, but I didn't get all their names! Keep up the great work and Chef Lucas- food is marvellous!

Hotel was very good experience for Koh Samui i love it the staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly Specially miss ice from the reception staff .over all the best hotel in town for families and honeymooners

While the stay was good, we believe the price paid for the property is not worth it. It is a premium property price with decent property. Also, the Beach is not as good and the only common attraction is the sea facing pool.
