Kanda Residences Pool Villas

A wonderful experience. We cooked a lot and had great family time. Will certainly go back.

Stay was very good. Hotel is very well setup and our 2BR private pool villa was gr8. The staff is always serving with a smile on their face and the hotel food is also good. Overall it was a very good experience.

We spent our honeymoon here and loved our villa with a huge private pool. There were kayaks provided by the hotel which was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and included in our stay. Hotel offered complimentary taxi service 2x a day to popular destinations. A taxi or scooter would be needed in order to visit the main attractions in the island.

Great Villa with swimming pool ideal for a family with teens. Ten minute drive into Chaweng which is a hassle if you don't have transport. Excellent Food

If you ever wanted to live like a rockstar, this place is it. Three separated bedroom facilities, a large living / kitchen area, a cabana, and your very own pool with a view of the ocean. This place is absolutely epic and the views are stunning. The only downside is the beach is a pebble beach and it leads to a tide pool so its not the best beach option on the island. Also, the transportation costs are higher when arranged by the hotel as compared to normal rates. Otherwise, it is less than 10 minutes away from Chaweng and 5 minutes from the airport. That's convenient!

Got the three-bedroom villa with my own pool and territory! Morning, cold tropic shower refreshing me, fantastic ocean view from my balcony starts my new day, i feel myself good like no ever!

Staff very friendly. Useful daily drop off / pick up service to Chaweng Beach and the Fisherman's Village which saves taxi hassles. Relaxing. Family friendly - generous sized rooms and enough bathrooms for everyone!

Our check in was a bit rough. It seems as though the Kanda may have been transitioning to new management because the staff did not seem to corroborate with each other or maybe it was just a language barrier created by me. This is a nice place in a beautiful quiet setting. Make sure when booking you tell them you want to use the washer and dryer if needed in your Villa. The host checking us in told us that was for housekeeping and also the downstairs restroom was for housekeeping!. Never the less Nikki the site manager smoothed all things out and she spoke great English. I thank Nikki for her professionalism and help with fulfilling our expectations of a 5 Star place. Nikki really turned our stay around for the better!
