"Good choice if stuck at airport"

Got stuck overnight and United got me this hotel. My main concern was cleanliness and Aloft delivered on that. Very clean room with hard floors (not carpet) and a washable duvet. Roughly a 15min drive from the airport. There's a shuttle but it runs infrequently (once an hour).

"Urgent Complaint – Demand Immediate Termination of Racist Manager"

I experienced appalling treatment from the manager on duty, Darwin. He was rude, unprofessional, and overtly racist, making derogatory remarks implying people “like me” do not belong at the hotel. His hostile, condescending tone and discriminatory comments created a humiliating and unsafe environment. This blatant racism from a manager is unacceptable and violates any anti-discrimination policy. Retaining him endorses bigotry and risks your reputation. I demand his immediate termination. Anything less is intolerable. Guests and staff deserve better than this.

The pillow covers and bed liners were clean.

1.The bathroom door could not be closed. 2.There were no macrowave in the room so I should go down to reach the lobby and use the macrowave of the kitchen for warming up my baby's milk at 5am everyday! 3.The heater made huge sound during the night so I couldn't sleep well

"Avoid this hotel at all cost"

I stayed at this property after a cancelled flight, and the experience was unacceptable. While the hotel is only about a ten-minute taxi ride from IAD, the transportation options are impractical. My Uber was roughly $35, and the hourly shuttle is not suited to late or unexpected arrivals. The condition of the room was the most serious concern. The toilet bowl had clearly not been cleaned and was visibly covered with human liquids. The floors also had liquids and multiple stained areas, and several walls showed obvious marks—confirmed immediately when checked under a black light. This was not a minor oversight; it reflected a complete lack of basic housekeeping. Noise from other guests continued well past midnight, and attempts to reach staff went unanswered. The team on site appeared unavailable and unresponsive throughout the stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years. I strongly advise others to avoid this property until it undergoes a significant and verifiable improvement in cleanliness and service.

"Will leave you stranded at airport"

I used Eloft Dulles airport north parking location to leave my car for 2 weeks. When leaving the shuttle service was great. The problem was in our arrival to Dulles airport we went to designated shuttle stop and called the number told to call when we arrive to be pick up. It was 4:27 pm we were told the shuttle only goes to airport every top of the hour and that we would be picked up at 5:15 cause there was traffic and the shuttle would be leaving at 5 from the hotel. It was freezing cold and I didn’t have a heavy sweater to keep warm and we still had to drive 2 hours in our car to get to destination. Mean while ALL the other hotel shuttle had arrive not once or twice but three times to pick up their passenger and take to their hotel. Mean while my husband and I are waiting we are the only people on the platform. I called 3 times the second time I was told driver was 6 minutes away.6 minutes came and left and we are still waiting we couldn’t afford to take a uber so we had to wait and FINNALY at 5:45pm the shuttle pull up. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting we got to the hotel at 6pm. We weren’t even driven up to our car or given a apology . I Will not be using their services
