Aloft by Marriott Dulles Airport North

Stayed in this hotel three years on a row for work. Absolutely amazing

Let me begin with the good: the rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture is rather modern and in good condition. The bathroom was very clean and spacious as well. All in all a good offering. But, the service and the breakfast have room for improvement. I booked a package that included breakfast as well as some snacks for the room. The snacks were not provided as booked and I had to follow up 3 times with the front desk staff in order to get what I paid for. In the end they solved the issue but that constant following up was rather inconvenient and does not stand for the service a Marriott brand hotel usually offers. Same is true for the breakfast. I am happy that I booked it as included, as the individual items off the menu would have come in at a hefty price compared to what was offered. With the included breakfast we could eat all we wanted. The downside was that for someone with a food allergy or a vegan lifestyle not much if not nothing was on offer. All in all I think I’d come back but with the above in mind to lower the expectations.

Friendly staff, nice room.

Room was too close to the elevator, so everyone on the floor walked by the room. And some people don't remember there are others in the hotel with them so are not so quiet in the hallways.

Easy to find and close to the airport. Easy to check in and out.

Elevator and hallways smelled like smoke. Only light option lit almost the whole room when using the bathroom at night.

Great place to stay but should keep there outside more kept up.

Great room, wonderful desk staff, shuttle driver and bartender. Everwas friendly helpful and the property was meticulous!!

Everything was good, but my tv in the room didn't work, and they did nothing to try to fix it.

Very nice clean hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the layout of the room was nice.
