Aloft by Marriott Dulles Airport North

Loved the bar and pool table located in the lobby! Room was great and provided what we needed for the trip. Staff was great as well. Would be a good idea to add an extra pool table to the lobby area.

The shower had an echo, so having a conversation was very difficult. Stepping out of the bathroom isn't fun because of the sliding door. Warm air instantly becomes icy cold when you step out.

Greeted quickly and check in was fast and smooth..

Really like this hotel. Nice staff! Pretty good location. Starbucks nearby and convenience store. Advice - if you need shuttle TO the airport, call early to reserve a spot!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were very clean

Desk clerk charged card twice for deposit and laughed after it was pointed out.Other guest were complaining about being over charged and it appeared he took everything lightly. We also were only given one towel and there were two of us when we asked so we could bathe and was told that they( the housekeeper) didn't speak English when we asked for assistance.

Mr. Paz (GM): We stayed at your hotel, Aloft Dulles Airport North under the Park, Fly, Sleep program. We arrived back on 5/28 after 3 great weeks in Italy. I am a Lifetime Marriott Elite Gold member. One stay at your hotel tarnished the whole trip. After traveling for 12 hours, we got our bags and proceeded to call your hotel. The phone rang 40 times without any human picking up. I repeated this multiple times before someone picked up. In the process I had the pleasure of listening to all of your prerecorded ads/messages. I was told your driver was leaving at 5 PM and would pick us up at 5:15 PM. A 30 minute minute wait but not bad. When I called at 5:25 I was told the "driver must be in traffic but was on the way". This went on for another 20-30 minutes with multiple unhelpful calls. Finally after 45 minutes your small van showed up but so did a long line of people that apparently had been waiting there with us. This included one elderly woman who said she had been waiting for over an hour. Of course there was no room for our luggage. I was tired of waiting and said "f it", and went and found a taxi which cost us $35. What made this even more maddening was when we arrived at the hotel, we saw a shuttle van sitting there that was much larger than the one that was sent to pick us up. When I checked in I asked to speak to a manager and was told you would be in at 8 AM. We delayed our start the next morning until 8 AM, only to find out you were not coming in until 9:30 AM - so we left more pissed off than ever. It is clear to me that you have not implemented some basic procedures that would make your customer experience so much better. For that, I blame you.
