"The stay was nice and the lady assisting us when checking out, she was very nice."

The suite was very nice and clean. The hotel was also quiet and peaceful.

When checking in the person assisting us didn’t seem very happy. Also, you need more snacks in your snack machines.

Convenient location to the airport Reasonably priced Desk clerk needs training but remained courteous throughout changes accommodated on my arrival

Front desk clerk at check-in announced my room number aloud - I asked and he assigned a different room. Room assigned smelled strongly of fish. Changed again. Check-in process was poor. Message in advance to the hotel about airport shuttle was never answered
