Quality Inn & Suites Munising

Hotel was old and funky. The window ac was very loud. We wanted cheap accommodations and got it.

Met the need, breakfast was great.

Overall it is a great place to stay. Staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, big and clean. Their rates are very reasonable for the room size you get. Like many other hotels there are a few cosmetic things that needed attention, but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again.

Property is very nice, comfortable, clean room size was great! Person at front desk was not very friendly/happy, but got us in a room.

It was stated that extended stay service would be done on third day of stay. It was not done. Did not change bedding even after I asked for them to do that. Just pulled the trash and replaced towels and wash cloths.

That property was comfortable and safe.

We had a nice, clean, quiet room. The entry doors had no security. It was confusing to find the office, since it is located in a separate building that looks to be a separate property.

Our stay was fine after we switched rooms because the first bed was horrible - mattress was unacceptable and every time you sat, laid, or moved on it a sound like a steel drum occurred. The next room’s mattress and bed frame noise was better, but you would occasionally get the steel drum noise. The noise happens because the bed frame is made from large pieces of sheet metal - what a terrible design. Everything else about the hotel and stay was ok.

Soundproofing wasn’t very good but the neighbors quit talking at a reasonable time. The place is in need of a renovation/upgrade.
