Lo staff...la pulizia..la spiaggia..la disponibilita'di tutti...gli ombrelloni giganti

Bisognerebbe avere gli asciugamani mare a disposizione sulla spiaggia..e un po'di animazione in piu'

Coraya bay est accessible par le chemin longeant la mer à environ 5 minutes à pied. Personne ne nous en avait informé au sein de l'hôtel, pourtant le snorkeling avec les tortues y est fantastique. Sinon, pour la critique, au restaurant, le service est tellement efficace que tout est débarrassé sur le champ dès que vous vous absentez, L'inconvénient est que vous n'avez pas le temps de revenir avec une assiette pleine que d'autres touristes auront peut être déjà pris votre table, il faut laisser un objet personnel pour ne pas se la faire piquer ...

La spiaggia, il cibo, la cortesia dello staff, la posizione vicino all'areoporto

I lettini in spiaggia molto datati e parecchi rotti. Il ristorante all inclisive in spiaggia (tra l'altro con cibo ottimo) che dovrebbe chiudere alle 17 in realtá dalle 16:30 non dava più cibo ma se mi dici che chiudi alle 17 il cibo lo devi dare e le pulizie le inizi dopo le 17. Il bar in spiaggia chiude invece alle 18 ma già dalle 16:30 tolgono le sedie dai tavoli per portarle nella terrazza per la sera e questo fa si che se vuoi andare a fare una bevuta o una partita a carte alle 17 il bar è aperto ma non c'è posto per stare seduti non essendoci più sedie. Cosa molto sgradevole. L'orario che va dalle 17 alle 19 (inizio della cena) è scoperto da qualsiasi tipo di cibo. Se hai voglia di uno spuntino o di qualsisi altra cosa da mangiare in quell'orario non esiste e per noi Italiani abituati a stare in spiaggia nell'orario più bello (dalle 17 alle 19) e magari fare un aperitivo prima di andare in camera a prepararsi per la cena è impossibile farlo!! Infine il wifi che prende (se prende) male saltando di continuo la connessione (a parte in camera e nella hall). Camerieri al ristorante fin troppo servizievoli che tolgono il piatto dal tavolo anche se ancora stai mangiando.

Eifach alles 👍👍👍👍👍😃☺️🥰 Hotel, sehr schön 🤩 Anlage schön übersichtlich, groß, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Umgebung, mehr wie perfekt 😍 mit einem tollen Riff zum Schnorchel 🤿 und tauchen 🤿 2 Kilometer lang gepflasterte Weg zum Joggen 🏃‍♀️ und gemütliche Spaziergänge am Meer❤️ Strand sehr schön wo man sich sehr schön entspannen kann. Zimmer geräumig 👌top sauber 👌mit sehr guten Ausstattung 😃an Nix hat hier gefehlt 😊😊😊 Alle in diesen Hotel waren wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend 🥰 An Freundlichkeit hat hier nicht gefehlt🥰 Egal, ob das Kelner, Abräumer, Reinigungskräfte, Rezeption, Küchenchef ,Management, auch die Gärtner alle super lieb und nett❤️❤️❤️ Vielen Dank an das ganze TEAM von Hotel 🙏 Urlaub war Sehr entspannt ☺️

Alles war okay 👌 außer einfach zu viel Lärm in Essen 🥘 Saal. Wir haben nur gefehlt, par kleine Restaurant, wo man entspannt in Ruhe essen kann😊

I want to start by saying that I have visited Egypt around 15 times, and I usually stay in 5-star hotels. This time, I was honestly a bit worried about choosing a 4-star hotel but I can say now that I was completely, pleasantly surprised. First of all, the attitude of the entire hotel staff is truly exceptional. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. They genuinely care about the guests, constantly improving both the experience and the mood of your stay. I’m sincerely grateful to every single person working here. The level of service honestly feels like a 5-star hotel, and in many ways, it’s even better than some of the 5-star places I’ve stayed at before. I would also like to give special thanks to the kitchen team and Abdel Latif. He was always kind, open, and happy to answer all my questions about the dishes. What impressed me most was how personally involved he is making sure that every guest enjoys the food and feels satisfied. He also showed genuine interest in my national cuisine, asking about dishes that could be introduced in the hotel, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The food here is absolutely outstanding. The quality, variety, and especially the amount of seafood are beyond anything I’ve experienced in most hotels. I am truly happy that I chose this place. I’m grateful to everyone here, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—it’s simply amazing.
