I’ll start with the downsides: * The hotel seems to apply double standards when it comes to treating guests based on their nationality. If you speak German, you don’t have to queue for drinks, you receive VIP treatment throughout your stay, and German music is played from morning until night in a hotel that claims to be highly international. * If a staff member doesn’t speak English, they often become rude instead of trying to help. The phrase “two fried eggs” seemed completely incomprehensible to the cook. He became irritated and waved his hands, asking what I wanted. If you order two tomato juices, you may end up receiving mango juice because the staff simply doesn’t understand. * Wine is served diluted with water without being requested. * I asked the hotel to prepare a birthday surprise for my husband. Instead, they delivered a card to our room instructing the birthday guest to present himself at the reception desk—the very same place where I had arranged the surprise—making it impossible to keep it a secret. In the end, nothing was prepared at all. * The animation team does not engage with guests or encourage participation in activities and games. * Drinks in the room minibar are not replenished. * The beach bar runs out of ice, lemons, and mint every day after 4 p.m. Even when guests ask for these items to be restocked, the staff shows little interest in helping. * The water in the main swimming pool is cloudy. Advantages: * Good food. * Clean facilities. * No problem finding available sunbeds. * Beautiful garden.

We loved our room. Being in the first row facing the sea, the view was absolutely stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was that the food variety was somewhat limited.

The food selection could be improved, and I found the air conditioning too strong, even after adjusting it to the lowest setting.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and it’s definitely a place I’d love to visit again. The sea and coral reefs are beautiful, the beach is very well organized, and the quality of both the food and the service was excellent. Although the breakfast variety could be a bit wider, the quality was always consistent and very good. Special thanks to Gedo, Mohamed, and Amilla from the animation team for their great energy and friendliness. A big thanks as well to Ibrahim the barista definitely go to him if you want one of the best cocktails here. Also, many thanks to Chef Hossam, and to Hamdy and Youssef in the restaurant, who were always welcoming and smiling while serving guests.

I was on my honeymoon, however we didn't get any complementary gestures celebrating our honeymoon.
