The service was excellent, and the staff paid great attention to every guest's needs. A special thanks to Mr. Shehab for his outstanding hospitality and for upgrading our room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All of our requests were handled promptly and professionally. Special thanks as well to Ahmed Mounir from the Snacks Restaurant for his excellent service and kind assistance. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo resort e nel complesso la mia esperienza è stata positiva. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti di auto dall’aeroporto di Marsa Alam e dalla marina di Port Ghalib, in una posizione comoda per chi desidera spostarsi poco dopo l’arrivo. Il resort è relativamente piccolo, ma inserito all’interno di un ampio compound che ospita diversi hotel appartenenti al gruppo JAZ. La clientela è composta principalmente da ospiti tedeschi e arabi, mentre la presenza italiana è quasi assente. Sono presenti tre piscine e una spiaggia piacevole, con la possibilità di fare snorkeling sia direttamente dalla riva — anche in caso di vento o mare mosso — sia dal pontile, quando le condizioni del mare lo permettono. La cucina è buona e varia da un giorno all’altro, con proposte che soddisfano gusti diversi. La struttura non è nuovissima, ma è mantenuta in condizioni ancora buone e nel complesso risulta gradevole. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
