Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa

We do an annual girls staycation and the Hilton Kings Land is our favorite! All things are wonderful! Love that there is a full kitchen! Beds are comfortable and layout is perfect for get togethers. Pools are close by and getting around Waikoloa is fine with the shuttle. Only, I wish their pool guy was available later than 4 to get swim towels.

Room was decent but food and drink at bar were awful and very pricey. Customer service was not the best. Come once a year and first time staying here next time staying back in Kona

Loved everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The one-bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax. The pool area was absolutely beautiful, perfect for lounging and enjoying the sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and amazing stay! Great location too!

Great place to stay. Units are large and comfortable. Very nice pools. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Room was a little far from pool

Pool was fantastic. Beds were comfy and properly was clean.

Rather disappointing stay at the Kings Land Hilton. The food should not even be considered edible. They essentially serve hotdogs at the “bistro” and the $25 breakfast is not even worthy of being served at a free buffet. It was horrible! Drinks from the bar that closed at 6pm were not great either. The layout of the rooms were decent, however, they do not provide a lot of basic necessities. My biggest complaint would be the fact that this is basically a local water park hangout for those living on the island. The pool was insanely overcrowded and the patrons who were clearly locals were very rude. They took up 16 chairs in one group and acted like tourist were an inconvenience. I have never experienced this anywhere else we have traveled. Unbeknownst to our group, the “resort” sells family passes to the pool for $25 per day. There did not appear to be anyone even monitoring the area. Had I known this I would have never stayed there. I paid more than that in daily resort fees. I do not recommend staying here. It is not a resort. It’s a motel. There are so many other amazing options in the area that actually offer what a resort should. There are also lovely homes and condos available to rent nearby that provide everything you could need for your trip. I would recommend booking one that is gated and provides everything you need for the beach (umbrellas, chairs etc.)

We stayed here for 8 days and the room was clean they had a grill to BBQ and we loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and definitely would stay here again!
