Great stay. I didn’t give 5 stars because parking lot is not the best. But great location, nice area to shop around and eat. Excellent place if you either return from or go to Mexico.

When we go to the hotel we had to wait 1 hour before someone can check us in. Then the day before I had called to make sure our reservation was confirmed and the person on the other side of the phone hanged up on me. Then I called back and she never answered again. But the manger Rene help us and the gentleman in the morning help us was great. The hotel room was not what we thought it would be. The doors in the restroom did not lock and the shower was very slippery. There was a lot more but I guess that the best we can get.

I like that it had a bar

I didn’t like the pee stained mattress on the sofa bed I didn’t like that the pool was very dirty with leaves and bugs I didn’t like that when I went to ask the manager if they had a pool net he just said it should be out there. I found it in a storage space semi broken and had to piece it together and clean the pool myself so my son could enjoy it. I didn’t like that when I asked for extra linen, they couldn’t send it up and was like you can come get it at front desk.
