The bathroom was terrible filthy shower and tub.
When you get a room with fresh blood on the pillowcase body fluids on the sheets and on the mattress cover and it looks like somebody had slept in the bed that’s pretty terrible. In addition, all repairs looked like they’ve been done by a six-year-old and there’s rust in the tub and the water would not run out of the tub. In addition, the water coming to the sink screamed like crazy because they were trying to regulate the flow using the shut off valves because they use two small a feed line going to the sink. Their fortunate that it was late at night when we arrived or we would’ve gone elsewhere. This place is terrible.
I enjoyed the budget pricing but my daughter had a used bandaid that wasn’t hers stuck to her bedding and the blanket has dirty.
Property is old and needs some TLC
When we tried to check-in at the motel, the front desk person told he didn't get any booking info from Expedia. We spent 1 hour trying to contact Expedia while paying directly to the motel and spent another 40 minutes to get Expedia agent on the phone to explain the situation and get refund. The motel had bugs at 2 rooms we stayed and blankets and pillows looked dirty. Faucets looked old and had to be pulled real hard to turn water on.
Staff was nice, the place was very affordable. But there were several cockroaches on the wall and felt kind of unclean overall. But great location to everything in town.
The bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean. There was no facial tissue.

Been twice now pool freezing and hot tube down. Bathroom needs a lot of work.
The bathroom was quite dirty. Shower, around the toilet, ledges could all use a good clean. The sink was also clogged when we got there. The staff did come & fix it but it clogged up again with two days. The sink stopper also broke. Overall it could use some maintenance, cleaning, and new pillows. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was ok (pancakes, toast, cereal, coffee & juice). The pool was under maintenance when we were there so we weren't able to use it. Its a great location within Kanab though and considering we were only there for a few hours in the morning and evening it was fine.
