Staff NOT very friendly. Picture is NOT as the motel appears...VERY photo-shopped!!!!!!!!!!
Would not stay there again. Room was somewhat clean but musty smelling and run down. Maintenance has been let go. There are a few long term tenants, it's not just traveling guests.
Loved Kenab. Hotel was dated. Pool and hot tub were not usable.
My room was not very clean the shower was filthy the room was not clean . Nice view and a great location.please put attention and clean the rooms
This was the ugliest and dirtiest hotel I've ever been. I know that it's not expensive but I didn't count that it will be so dirty. I'm not sure that they even change the sheets. And above all in the night I was awakened by two cockroach on my body!
Toilet was disgusting. Water tap for the sink wasn’t working. Towels were small but smelled nice and clean, I stayed at another Rodeway Inn (also in Utah) before and that experience was pleasant and I expected a similar standard for the one in Kanab. Boy, was I really dismayed.
Quite and convenient, old rooms with much newer bathrooms but still has old motel smells. Staff is reasonable. No sitting area for breakfast.

I didn't expect a lot at this motel; however, it managed to hit well below my expectations. The building is dated but fine, but the room itself was grimy. The surfaces had not been cleaned, and I ended up using a wash cloth to wipe them down, and it was completely covered in dirt. We stayed there two nights, and in between, someone came in but obviously not to clean. There was an extra roll of toilet paper left, but the cloths in the tub were not removed, nor was anything tidied. I know there aren't a lot of good, inexpensive options in Kanab, but I will know to pay more next time for something better.
