I would like to highlight the great service provided by the reception staff. Room was good for one night.

Not a specific item to dislike, but the location of the washbasin outside the toilet, within the main room we found as strange.

"Convenient, clean but pricey and unreliable for wake up calls."

Being able to park at property was a bonus though pricey. We were disappointed in the meal availability. We went out to dinner nearby (though we had planned for an early sleep to get up for our 3A call to catch our 6:20A flight out of Dulles.

We did not get our wakeup call! Luckily, we had set our own alarms. We did not like having to pay an additional $35 for a cab from hotel to airport because we had to leave at 4:30A to be on time for flight. The free shuttle advertised did not start until 5AM, once again, leaving us in a lurch. We were very specific on check in about worry for wake up call.

"Nice hotel not staffed nor stocked with necessities for a decent stay"

Location is great hotel looks nice and was clean.

They don’t know how to operate at capacity not enough staff not enough pillows and blankets for us which I’ve never experienced in a hotel how do you run out? Breakfast was chaotic so many people and not enough food they ran out lines for the single waffle cooker took 30 minutes at least which is ridiculous
