My husband and his I stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of of June. It was absolutely beautiful and we felt extremely pampered by all the wonderful staff- starting with our concierge Karen reaching out to us over a week before we even checked in! We spent a day at the spa, it was amazing. Thank you to everyone at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos!

It’s been about a month since our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, and I’ve been meaning to write this ever since I got back—but I hit the ground running and haven’t slowed down since. Now that I finally have a second: On a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 being amazing), I’d give this place a 6. Or 7. Maybe even a 10. 🤩 We were completely blown away. The service was flawless, the property was absolutely stunning, the little touches …wow, oh, and the location—perfection! Huge thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our experience unforgettable. Every single person we encountered was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly professional. Please pass along my compliments to the team—you all are doing an exceptional job. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Just trust the reviews, book your stay, and thank me later. You’re going to love it. ❤️

My husband and I just returned from the most amazing stay at the Waldorf Astoria Pedregal. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top tier. Rey, our concierge, went above and beyond—booking all of our dinner reservations and a fantastic sailboat excursion that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Every detail was handled seamlessly, and we felt so taken care of. Thank you, Rey! Sergio, our waiter at the Beach Club, was equally incredible—attentive, warm, and always made sure we had everything we needed (and more). His service truly elevated our beach days. The resort itself is stunning, but it’s the staff like Rey and Sergio who make it unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

From the moment I booked my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Cabo, I knew I was in for something special. Within hours of making my reservation, I received a personal message from Karen, my dedicated concierge at the resort. From that moment on, she went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfectly planned and seamlessly executed. Karen handled everything with a level of care and precision that made me feel like a VIP. She arranged luxury transportation to and from the airport, as well as a private ride to a fantastic restaurant in San José del Cabo for the evening I wanted to explore the area. Every request I made was met with swift, thoughtful attention. The entire staff at the Waldorf Astoria was equally impressive—always friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making my stay unforgettable. Whether I needed assistance at the pool, recommendations for activities, or just a little extra comfort, they delivered with a smile every time. They even gave me a gift for my son when I shared my wife and I are having a baby boy in July. This level of service is second to none! Karen and her staff made this experience truly remarkable. Their attention to detail, warm professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. I cannot thank them enough for the extraordinary treatment I received. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel to celebrate a birthday. Check in is easy and got early check in based on my diamond status. We had birthday dinner at El Farallon and it was an amazing experience. We heard they will close and remodel during summer, looking forward to go back.

The Photographer, Andres Pena is AMAZING, he looks young but really knows what he's doing, took 100+ photos at this hotel for our 25 years anniversary, amazing photo shots! With the Incredible Beach photos with the massive wave curls in the background. The Spa is AMAZING for a couple, be sure to ask for a couple suite room as it has a hot tub, you might have to ask for it to be added to the spa session as we learned that it wasnt part of the package but they let us use it after we asked about it 2-3 times. The room is AWESOME to stay at!!

Every detail was elegantly performed…alive-star experience! Beautiful entrance into the property through a dramatic tunnel, and personally selected drinks and cool hand towels upon arrival. Full team of people to greet you, take your bags, offer you a try of drinks and walk you to the welcome Entryway. Welcome gift bottle of specially crafted tequila and cookies for your stay. Full complementary bar throughout your stay with beer, still and sparkling water, juice and sodas. Daily delivery of beer or wine and a guacamole treat at 4pm. Cookies with turndown service. Personal heated plunge pool on the balcony. Fabulous ocean view. Breakfast included with an amazing selection of breakfast and lunch items and made to order juices. Servers everywhere. Merely look up and someone will catch your eye and assist you. Spotless grounds. Attention to detail. Well appointed.

This was our 2nd time visiting Waldorf Astoria Los Cabo Pedregal in less than 6 months and it was even better the 2nd time around than the first. My wife is a Hilton Diamond Loyalty member and we had no expectation about any upgrade but were blown away when they upgraded us to a two Bedroom Ocean View Villa upon arrival. They had left a hand written letter with some treats welcoming us back which I thought was a very nice personal touch. We stayed over the Easter Weekend and I love how they commemorate each Holiday with a special treat delivered to our room. Service was impeccable throughout the whole resort and during the entirety of our stay. Our personal concierge Diego was great in touching base with us each day to see if he could help with anything and was very prompt in responding to any questions or requests. On our previous trip we ate at El Farallon Restaurant which was a very unique experience set against the backdrop of the ocean and cliffside. This time around we had the pleasure of trying out Don Manuel for dinner and the Easter Brunch at Beach Club and both were excellent as well. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the grounds are very well maintained. I love the zen like vibe that it gives off which helps to enhance the tranquility and restfulness experience overall. Service was excellent wherever we went, including the infinity pool, gym, and front desk/welcome area which included timely golf cart ride to the front gate and back when we needed to go grab things. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Iglesias the Guest Service Director as well to Thank him for the incredible room upgrade which made our little family getaway an unforgettable experience. Needless to say, I’m already looking forward to the next opportunity we have to return to this amazing resort.
