Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal

There is nothing to say everything is great. If you have the money there is no reason not to stay here as the best option on Cabo. The cliffside restaurant is phenomenal. I was the only single person there but it was till awesome.

This was our fourth stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal.  We were the next to the last guests to check out before they closed for their renovation.  It is easy to see how they are consistently ranked as one of the best resorts in the world and retained Two MICHELIN Keys for 2025.  All team members provide a five stars guest experience that celebrates the highest standards in hospitality.  Since our last visit, we were thrilled to learn that Mrs. Libia Ronco had recently been promoted to Resort Manager.  She has been there 17 years and seen several stages of Pedregal.  We are planning to return soon to witness the newly reimagined Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos.  Upon existing the tunnel at arrival, we were warmly greeted by the recently promoted Guest Experience Manager Mrs. Samara Alvarez.  She checked on us each day and was kind enough to give me a tour of some of the other villas I inquired about.  It is exciting to see that the Waldorf Astoria continues to hire, develop, retain, and promote their high potential team members like the two well deserving ladies.    We always look forward to retuning for breakfast at Don Manuel's with Salvador.  He always makes sure our day gets off to a great start and he knows how much we love the cinnamon rolls.  We've made several friends over the years and always look forward to seeing them.  Gino, Rey, and JP are just a few names but there are many more.  The property is truly stunning but the authentic and genuine hospitality of all team members is what makes the resort so special and keeps us coming back.  See you soon!

Amazing from start to finish, 5 stars across the board! The staff was mindful of every little detail, and the resort was beautiful.

There really are no words besides absolutly magical..Diego communicated with us prior to our arrival and made us extremely welcomed. All the staff were so friendly. And called us by our names. The restaurants..pools..day spa and our stunning villa were world class and we cannot wait to go back and stay again next year🙏🙌

Over the past few years, we have stayed approximately 100 nights at Waldorf Astoria Pedregal. Everything about this property is incredible, but what sets Waldorf Astoria Pedregal apart is the people. Every member of the team is kind, passionate and dedicated to creating incredible experiences for guests. We were fortunate to get married in the beautiful lobby, which is pictured in this review. You will not regret spending your vacation at this special property! The team at Waldorf Astoria Pedregal will welcome you like family. We had our daughter’s wedding at Waldorf Astoria Pedregal and everything was fabulous! From Noe, our butler, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed…to Lucie, celebrations coordinator, who worked closely with the wedding coordinator to make sure the wedding ran smoothly and no details were missed. The servers at the pool were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of while hanging out during the day at the pool. Food was amazing as well!

Waldorf Astoria Pedregal is one of the top resorts in the world for a reason. From top to bottom, the staff caters to all members of your party, from young to old. The attention to detail is unmatched and the level of service sets a new high bar for the industry. We will be coming back for our 3rd year and it is truly a magical escape.

My husband and I have stayed at The Pedergal the last 10 years and it’s magical every time. The service is always over the top thanks to our wonderful butler Daniel. Highly recommend Villa 2 and request Daniel. I can’t wait to see the new remodel in October.

Daniel Garcia, in particular, always goes above and beyond to make our stays extra special, and we are so grateful for the care he shows each time. My husband and I absolutely love the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal and the entire team. We had our wedding on 11/11/23 there and have returned twice a year since! We just love it so much and it is our special place to recharge and connect. The staff, views, service, cuisine, amenities, and spa are impeccable - 5 stars. They remember us, our food & drink preferences, and they make every stay with us so special. Every touch is well thought out, such as the chips & guac and afternoon beer. Noe is our butler and he is incredible. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism makes every stay special. For example, I am not a beer drinker and he always remembers my coconut water instead of beer - the attention to small details like that always stand out. Yara in reservations, Lucie & Nubia in celebrations/sales, Manuel in Neutral, and Michel at the pool are some of the wonderful staff who always remember us by name and go out of their way to make us feel at home. Highly recommend The Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal!!!
