Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal

The restaurant on the cliff is expensive for what food they serve. Really went down hill since the last visit. $800 for four people. The atmosphere is what you pay for.

The entire property is amazing. The best views in all of Cabo. The best service in every department. The food is fabulous. Every staff member was warm, polite and helpful for even the smallest request. We especially Jeremiah in the food services. He went above and beyond in assisting us with our room service order.

We have been to Cabo many times and have stayed at several wonderful resorts. WE had yet to stay at The Waldorf and everything about our stay was incredible. Our concierge, Karen, was instrumental in helping arrange everything for us. Transportation, reservations, spa appointments, etc. She did it all and was extremely accommodating when we made last minute changes. We were greeted upon arrival with a cocktail and every evening there was a special amenity awaiting us in our room; wine, beer and guacamole, special desserts for dia de los muertos, etc. We had an oceanfront room with a splash pool on the patio which made it hard to want to leave. I cannot say enough about the staff at this resort. They remember you by name and are so kind and gracious. My chair was always pulled out for me AT EVERY MEAL. Not sure I ever opened a door for myself. If you asked for directions within the resort they didn't just tell you how to get there, they would escort you. This was a quick getaway for my birthday and they acknowledged my birthday at every meal and always sent a personalized treat at dinner. Karen arranged a lovely dinner and sunset cocktails offsite for one of our evenings. We spent one afternoon walking around the marina and town and safety was never a concern for us. This is such a special resort. You can't beat the views and the staff make you want to never leave!

From the moment we arrived; we were blown away by the level of service. Every staff member greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality, and we were continually impressed that everyone knew us by name. No matter where we walked, someone would stop what they were doing to smile and welcome us—it made the entire stay feel so personal and special. I especially want to recognize my wonderful concierge, Karen. She was incredibly thoughtful, gracious, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Her authenticity and care made a lasting impact, and I hope she knows how much we appreciated her attention and kindness. I’ve stayed at many luxury properties around the world, but very few have left such a lasting impression. I can’t wait to return!

My husband and I stayed here on a short trip to Cabo and couldn’t have better things to say. Not only is the resort gorgeous with breathtaking views, but the staff is very welcoming and always nearby in case you need assistance. I won’t spoil their services for you, but it’s easily to tell their team ensures you have a great stay from the moment you show up to the second you leave. We certainly recommend. We also stayed in downtown Cabo for a few nights and can easily say the Waldorf Astoria Las Pedregal was far more serene, secluded, and rejuvenating.

The property is beautiful and feels isolated, although it was very convenient to the marina and town. Staff were attentive and very detail-oriented. The rooms were immaculate, and the entire property was beautiful and spotless. Food throughout the property was excellent, as was poolside service. We were there during some October storms, and even with clouds and winds one day, it was amazing! Daniel was especially kind as we wrapped up our trip. We will visit again as soon as possible!

Paradise in every way. From the beautiful people that work there , the views and the accommodations and the food. All perfection. We will dream of coming back soon!!

We’ve been coming here for three years, and it always feels like coming home. Our room was arranged by Rey, who responded to our messages quickly and offered great help . The original room had wonderful Oceanview but many steps every time when we walked back to our room, which made it difficult for our little one, so the hotel kindly moved us to a larger, more child-friendly room the next day — our child had so much fun! We were also there during Día de los Muertos, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The Kids Club staff even recognized our child and called her by name — such a warm gesture. All the hotel staff were very friendly, and we can’t wait to come back!

There are many glowing reviews and it's hard to say even more about what makes this place so amazing, but at the end of the day it comes down to their amazing team! They treated me like a queen, I have never felt so pampered and special in my life and I've stayed at several other five star resorts. They greet you warmly everytime, help you get situated at the pool and their restaurants like a truly welcome and valued guest, ready to meet any request that can improve your comfort and your stay. Just a short list of what stood out: - they keep the ice bucket filled in your room, no need to schlep down the hall to an ice machine - after getting setup by the pool, they bring you ice waters and also have towels and sunscreen at the pool chairs (no need to line up at a towel desk or get wristbands or rush down at 7 am) - The team here noticed when the sun had moved and offered to reposition my poolside umbrella - they kindly check in regularly with complimentary amenities and to make sure everything is okay - basically staying there means you don't have to lift a finger We were so relaxed and restored after spending a week here for our 25th anniversary that I rebooked it for my 50th birthday 6 months later. There was no place I'd rather go back to for another relaxing holiday. Our last beach vacation prior to visiting WA Pedregal was at the WA Grand Wailea in Maui and while the two properties are both under the Waldorf Astoria brand, the service was night and day. They really shouldn't even have the same name! The rest of the Waldorf Astoria properties should get a visit from the team at Pedregal for training and improvement because they have it dialed in perfectly here in Cabo. Shoutout to the amazing concierge Raquel who met every question with professionalism and positivity, Salvador at Don Manuel who served us amazingly and made sure we enjoyed every bite, Jim by the pool for keeping us stocked with yummy agua frescas and who went out of his way to bring us a poolside ceviche that we almost missed due to timing of our arrival and who even cleaned my sunglasses for me! Can't wait for our next stay here!
