Sugar Sands Beachfront Hotel, a By The Sea Resort

I like the fact that it was a private beach with a heated pool. I enjoyed the grill.It a nice little place to be if you don't want crowds. The faculty was really nice and professional

What I didn't like was the bed was hard. The sheets didn't smell clean. Was never offered a wifi password .The vent on the air conditioner was dirty and vents in that room was dirty

Bathroom was dirty the one outside , the water leaked all over floor when showering causing a fall risk

Our 1st room wasn't nice so small air kelp going out we requested another room in the newer building it was much better and great location short walk to beach all employees nice ,the bed was very comfortable in both rooms

Not enough cook wear or dishes nor silver ware, no pot holders or can opener no bread pan no drinking glasses no knives

Being close to the beach was really nice. The kitchen was also nicely done. It was very spacious, didnt feel to small with 3 kids running around.

I didnt like how the sliding door locked it looked kinda of rigged, felt like the door could of had a better lock on it, the bathroom ceiling looked like mold was growing, the toilet paper holder was way to low to the toilet,we had to take the toilet paper off when we used the bathroom because our knees/ thighs would hit it. The paint job wasnt done very well. The way the curtains was hung up definitely didnt look right. The shower rode looked like it was moved several times, there was only conditioner on the shower wall. I know its not big things but, I felt for the money we spent to stay there it could have been way better. When you look for a place to stay and the photos are not what you see in person its a little upsetting.

The list goes on and on. Dirty stinky rooms, dirty floors, ac unit wouldn’t cook off, trash everywhere around the property, rude workers who didn’t explains things and over charged my account, horrible beds and bugs

So me and my family just woke up that day actually memorial day and decided to just get on da road once we found this location on the beach for me and my children with full kitchen for a very very reasonable price again for a last minute stay...it was absolutely amazing even tho it rained but me and my family will most certainly be back...I hv visited Panama city Beach for years but this by far was ideal for me and my family....we'll most definitely be back....everyone had their own space and bed...10 out of 10 and we'll be back again for sure
