Property Notes

You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note there is a NZD 1 credit card pre authorization required upon arrival to cover incidental charges. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Starting from 13 October 2025, essential upgrade works to replace one of our two guest elevators will commence. This project is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing guest comfort and safety. During this period, one elevator will be unavailable, and guests may experience noise during standard work hours (9am – 5:30pm). The works are expected to continue for approximately 2 to 3 months. From 2 February 2026 for approximately three months, we will be installing a brand-new guest elevator. Some noise may occur during working hours on weekdays between 8:30am and 5:30pm. We will do everything possible to minimize disruption during this time. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our ongoing efforts to enhance the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location is good, staff was really helpful when our room key wasn't working, got a complimentary drink while they fixed the issue

The room was pretty expensive for 1 night. Yes we do realize that it was long weekend and we only just booked the day of staying I feel they put prices up knowing that its a long weekend because we have stayed in the exact same room for way cheaper. Not complaining just saying..

Modern, clean, comfortable and loved that there was a restaurant on site.

Very limited menu. Wished there were more items on there. No cereal bowls in the rooms and we needed some.

Very tidy and well laid out with all needed. Clean.

The cushions on the bed smelt and pillows to flat. The room had a funny odour. Needed fresh water in the fridge for kettle and drinking rather than getting it down stairs.

\Nothing really.

Only one end of the hotel was open for entry and our room was at the other end - a very long walk! Made worse by no parking near the door - had to park at the other end of the hotel, so a long walk to entrance, then a long walk to the room. Around 500 metres altogether ! Room was not serviced well, the toilet paper was not replenished, same for coffee. Walls were very thin - a lot of noise from adjoining rooms, snoring etc. I was 5 minutes late for breakfast and was turned away.
