Was close to get to the mountain, bed lovely to sleep in, room was nice would off been better if weren’t close to the steps

The pool , how people didn’t make the choice to be more quite at night times, the fridge was warm not sure if was on

The room was lovely very clean and in a good location

There was a lot of door banging noise from other guests and a sound like a dryer starting very late at night, the dinner menu was a little limited, the breakfast was great

Lovely staff all very helpful , clean tidy room .

Huge bathroom a pity the toilet is squeezed into the corner .

I liked the location of the hotel. Was good location and allowed me to get to where I needed to get quickly.

I thought the windows were a little outdated. Some of the hinges felt weak and so even though the aircon was at full blast, the heat didn't keep for very long. It also took ages to get the heat up and running.

I was expecting to be able to have dinner at the hotel on the Saturday night along with my family but this wasn't really going to work as there were 15 of us to celebrate my graduation. The young man on the bar told us it was only him on the dining room and room service. So I was disappointed we had to take our dining experience else where.

the bathroom is old and outdated and water goes everywhere from the shower
