Iris Hotel

I liked the stay in Iris, friendly staffs, very cleanliness, in center of the city and like to visit again and recommend to my friends.

I really appreciated the service given to me. They were able to help with every question or request I had. I would return to this hotel no problem.

Great location and clean and well designed hotel, comfortable beds and fine bathroom. Sad that the swimming pool is not now functional with reconstruction on the roof. Will need to figure out how to get pigeons from landing on the pool deck when the pool is functional.

It was good, staff were very prompt and service was good.

Very unfriendly staff in Kitchen. Friendly reception and concierge.

Location is fantastic. The swimming pool is on 5th storey & basically inaccessible.

Very bad experience! the worst!!! We book this hotel and paid 2 night, but our flight was canceled and we can not arrive in the first night, in the second night of our arrive, the reception told us our room is not available, we arrive there 11pm in the night, very late, but the hotel told us our room is not possible!!! I think the hotel selled our room to other people, as they think we maybe not come to this hotel, they are not trusty, and not honest! We are angry, and after call and balabala, they give us a room at last, the last room, but not the type we booked, poor room not good!

They nice ... good food ... staff all fine ... next time we come back...
