"Good Hotel Could be improved"

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The front desk staff were the best always willing to help. Mark stood out above all. I would recommend a welcome drink for all your guests. The English breakfast could be improved. Overall we enjoyed our stay

"Modern hotel, centrally locatede"

The hotel is very centrally located - walking distance to shopping and a short drive to parks and attractions. The room was modern and clean with a nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast (included) was good and varied. Other meals at the restaurant were a little pricey. WiFi was okay and we did not try the pool. The only problem we had was with the "aloofness" of the staff, compared to the extreme warmness we encountered in other hotels in India. Also - we arrived early in the morning and asked to check in early. They said okay, and after an hour wait let us into an available room, never mentioning any charge. Only at check out time did they mention an extra charge, which came as a surprise. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

"Excellent"

Great hotel, and a great place to stay.... if there wasn't a night club right next to it, and the hotel has horrible sound deadening. They start blasting music from 6:30am in the morning to 1am at night. Awesome.

"Good location and good value but watch the extras"

Price is very good but there are lots of extras - most TV channels are extra, coffee with my breakfast extra......All added up to Rs196 - not sure it is worth annoying the guests to collect such trivial amounts
