Iris Hotel

I've stayed in many hotels in India but due to late planing for the trip many ignore my usual haunts we're full which meant I had to try some new ones... including this. What a find!! It had everything I expect from a business hotel (although the wifi-code system is a little strange these days) It was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had everything you need and would expect. And the location is ace!! Only slight drawback was my room was very close to the road and the traffic was loud (for me) but next time I know to ask for a room away from the road. And that is the only thing I would change. I will definetly stay again - no way I'm going back to paying 3 times as much for the same thing at a big chain hotel!!

The stay was amazing

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal being very central and good for shopping,eating and sightseeing. The hotel was scrupulously clean, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is plentiful and there is a good variety of continental and Indian food. Buffet breakfast. Omelettes and masala dosa are cooked to order and are very good indeed. We have been travelling in India for 4 months and this is the best hotel we have stayed in. Our thanks to all the staff and particularly Mr. Nayaz and Mr. Trishul for ensuring we enjoyed our trip to Bangalore. We also used the spa service and were very happy with the treatments and the courtesy of the staff. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place for couples, family and business purpose in the heart of the shipping area.

It's a basic hotel breakfast is very slandered. Facility are also not so good.

Barring (1)coffee which wasn't off local (filter) type (2) wifi in room wasn't strong (3) Chinese food wasn't stomach friendly on two occasions.... I have nothing to complain. Next visit I will certainly consider staying there

A home away from home, the moment you enter the Hotel, to be met with friendly courteous staff, always there to help you in any way. This Hotel managed by a general Manager, who inspires the staff, leading by example, It was my good fortune to observe him at the Hotel. The staff right from room service, to the restaurant were friendly and keen to see to our needs, engaged in letting us know what was on the menu. The food was excellent, and cooked to perfection, whilst the Menu was out of this world. I have no complaints, and strongly recommend anyone holidaying in Bangalore, to stay at this hotel. It offers ambience,peace and quiet especially at night, where a good night's sleep is essential for the next day's adventure I rate Iris Hotel a five star hotel
