Iris Hotel

Poor housekeeping. Very old linen I. E. Towels.had to ask for hand towels. ..remote battery ... battery in weighing scale ... half filled toiletries .... swim trunks out of stock. Basically just bad housekeeping.

This is a nice hotel with excellent Service . Location is perfect .Sandeep and Shoaib were very helpful when we check in. The restaurant staff Praveen, Gangadhar and everyone there were very courteous .The housekeeping service was very prompt at all times.Food was excellent especially breakfast . Internet is a challenge that needs to be worked on .Tissue boxes are needed in the rooms too. Overall I strongly recommend this Hotel especially after staying here for 8 nights.

Good hotel for the money. The room and the bath room should be a little bit more clean.

Very courteous and pleasant hotel staff, right from the doorman to the room. Room was quite large and clean, although only one hand towel provided for two persons. The breakfast is of good value. Was provided with two beds adjacent to one another and not one king size bed as requested at the time of booking. Wi-Fi available in the room, but not able to connect. As located on Brigade road, very easy access for all commercial purposes. Net connection in business center was slow. All in all, good value for money.

Had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and efficient. The rooms are really tiny but really clean and well maintained.The swimming pool on the roof top is amazing.The breakfast is fantastic.Room service is also great. Overall a great stay.

The only problem I faced is that no one I asked knew about this hotel's location. Maybe because the name in front of the building is not written clearly (too small), and it is certainly not at a height that is easily seen. A big "Confident" for the Confident group is seen at a viewing height, which perhaps confuses the passersby about the actual hotel name.

we stayed there for two nights, but were out most of the time, but every thing was nice , the staff was very nice and helpful in every thing,location is good. would stay there again .

I stayed here 2 different times and staff are very friendly with helpful. Laundry service are excellent. Love the free breakfast buffet!! Only thing missing is hotel bar. In the future I love to see hotel bar here. Thank you all!

Clean and neat. No tissue in the room.
