"Horrible customer service"

Fantastic hotel. Horrible Horrible customer service. I was charged a pet cleaning fee when I should have not. The staff who informed me of this was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never stay at this hotel again and I suggest until they get new employees, you stay away as well.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! We even enjoyed the small walking trail behind the hotel and the Mexican restaurant next door! Downtown easily accessible.
