Hampton Inn St. Louis-Columbia

stayed in the hotel for 4 days and our room was NEVER serviced or cleaned. I had to go the housekeeping room and get our own clean towels and sheets. I should be given an entire refund for this stayed. I will certainly let all social media outlets of the high lack of attention at this establishment.

A great location very close to downtown St. Louis. Columbia, Illinois, is a small town with great restaurant choices. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Great experience!

This property needs some updating but it was fine for my needs.

This is good hotel, in general. But, they charge you $60 over and above what the charge for your room should be plus taxes without telling you about it. When you write Hilton.com directly, they do not respond to your request generated from their website. The charge plus $60 changed in my credit card account to just the room charge after a number of days. But, both the property and their parent company need to disclose what they are doing and why. Still no explanation for why they did this extra $60 thing.

The location was very quiet and everything around that was needed

My air and heat wasn’t working in my room and the pillows on the bed were horrible

Safe for a solo traveler.

The pool was nice

It was too much money and one of the ladies in the front desk is rude to every customer

Room is spacious, clean and well appointed. The man at the check-in desk should not not be in the hospitality industry. He was unwelcoming and did not have words like please or thank you in his vocabulary.
