Check in was very easy and the front desk receptionists was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Ther appeared to be a little mold in the shower unit which when I reported it at time of departure the receptionist (different from check in person) never looked up from her computer but said she would report it to Maintenace no interaction with customer.

Hallway noise all night. Could hear the ding of the elevator and heavy footsteps. The hvac was clicking on and off all night. Not a good night sleep.

I booked the stay with Bookng.com, I was not supposed to be charged anything until next month. The person working the desk charged my account the full amount, and overdrafted my checking account. So I guess I won't be using Booking.com again because it didn't work. Please make sure you know that my booking was messed up. I don't want to be charged from Booking.com also, because it didn't work the way I planned. Not your fault.

"Nice hotel, but needs to work on cleanliness."

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Room cleanliness was only ok.

Bathroom cleanliness. Mold in bathroom shower. Towels were worn and dingy.
