Ik heb een klacht ingediend. Nacht 1: geluiden uit de airco, die uit was, gedurende de gehele nacht. Kamer 1.17 Nacht 2 andere kamer. Te warm. Airco werkte niet. 4.09 Nacht 3 en 4 betaald, maar niet gebruikt. Geen reactie van hotel.

Svp alleen voor management, niet voor website. Waar is het vinkje??

Location was excellent, close to the Cathedral and parking. Staff were friendly.

I thought Mercure was a premium brand, but I was disappointed. The hotel was tired, the bed too small (though the room was large enough), the bathroom poorly equipped. I didn't see a bar.
