The view of the cathedral from the privilege room balcony was beautiful with a table and chairs and two deck chairs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was large.

The carpet, sofa and chairs were worn. The bathroom was very small. As you walk into the room it had a large walk in shower on the left and bath on the right, but just a basin’s width between them, no other space. The toilet was separate in its own room but no basin in there.

Location was great.

The staff are nice but the reception was not welcoming. There is a training issue here. No cheery bonjour - smiles - just very functional. We did not feel welcome or special. I’m sure it can be sorted by the management… Parking off site.
