The first night the room was horrible and dirty then the reception guy responded and the second day he gave me an upgrade to junior suite which was much cleaner and nicer.. i am willing to go there on the 6th of october for one night as well

I stayed with my friend for 3 days in this hotel and it was a really horrible stay. Upon checkin when we arrived at the hotel the reception guy told me that the room available was with one king bed but i booked Deluxe Twin bed rooms, also when i booked this hotel i had an option to pay online or pay at the hotel the reception guy said that my card has been declined and asked why would you try to charge my card while i chose to pay at the hotel?So after an 15 minute argument and then waiting for about 1 hour they provided us a Deluxe twin bed room . This hotel is in pretty bad state , the rooms are not so clean the bed sheets were yellowish the towel in the bath room were so old they had a broken hair drier in the bathroom , the lighting in the room is so bad , the breakfast so cheap you don’t have any option the only option you have is you eat terrible breakfast or you don’t , i asked for sunny side fried egg but they got me a burn egg as you can see in the picture that i uploaded along with my review , this hotel is 4 stars hotel which it should be rated as a 2 stars hotel

The manager treated my friend in a super bad way and she even mentioned dont come stay at our hotel again youre not welcomed in this hotel .. this was the worst experience ever the Lady was beyond unprofessional she just ranked the top level of how to treat ur customer in a very undecent way almost kicking him out of the hotel
