Plaza Hotel

Hotel was very well located, staff were friendly and nice, room was okay, as advertised but needs a bit of shaping up, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a total joke and waste of money, food is old, croissant seems from last week and all poorly served.

Local amenities and easy transport. Around 20 minutes journey time from airport (depending on traffic). Air condition was a must, Staff can cater for any additional needs promptly.

So WiFi is awful, never was able to get it in our room. The window was broken and didn’t lock and some of the rain had come in and caused some mold. The bathrooms have a lot of mold. And the walls are very thin, you can hear everything that’s happening in the halls.

Worst nightmare ever 1.big stains on the carpet 2.smells bad 3.tiny little tv with bad signal that u can barely see 4.very very weak internet signal 5.rude unprofessional staff ( specially the front seat manager) It's not a 4 stars hotel.. They deserve a one star if they are lucky.

upon arrival, i had requested a room with a queen bed, instead i was put in a room with three beds, when complained about it to the front desk, they said they are booked and that this is what they can offer for now, and that the queen bed is an option not a must, when i told him no, that was what i reserved, he rudely told me that this is what they got and can't do anything about it and maybe tomorrow we can change rooms, which never happened, they didn't call or make any effort. their"buffet" breakfast is nothing more than a big pan of warm(not hot) chick peas and beans, with nothing else to offer as a main course, their emmental cheese are tiny slices of seemingly yellow cheese, but they were wrapped in some sort of meat (which i didn't ask about) so i steered clear of it), a platter of labneh (greek yogurt), which is about the only decent thing they serve. hey serve a variety of cereals, but they are in open plates, so no idea of freshness or anything. The coffee is luke warm. the room was the worst, i had to set the room A/C to the lowest 16 degrees to get a mild 21-23, complimentary water on frst day and nothing more, and they charge you 4 $ per bag of tea (which is complimentary any where in the world), plus i got now a skin rash now from the unclean beds. all in all, the worst hotel ever

For the money I pay its very good.. Location is perfect..
