WiFi terrible; electronic room key demagnetized often; THE AC kept going out of order 5 or 6 times a day; hotel charged for making tea in room and there was no clear notices that you would be charged

"Not the greatest "

When we arrived the hotel room was dark and the a/c was very loud. The power switches off and you have to re set the A/C. The room view made you feel you were in a third world country. The internet was awful and kept dropping. I asked for an upgrade room, or a room that was shown on the website. They did up grade us but we had to wait a day. The upgraded room was much bigger and nicer, smelled better. It was higher so it had sunlight coming in. Seemed the internet worked better too. We ended up extending our stay in Beirut but did switch hotels.

"Nice hotel"

The manger is so so rude Her name is Shimaa I don't know who choose her to be a manger. Never ever saw rude manger like her.. Very nice hotel but the manager is so bad.. I'm sorry owners

"Expensive"

The hotel is in hamra street The staff not very good The tea cost in the room 3 dollars each bag Too expensive We had to pay 22 dollars each day for my husband
