Front desk were extremely rude check in was at 2pm wouldn't let us in until after 3pm. we booked for two rooms and two double beds in each room only got one bed in room one and two singles in room two. No towels in bathroom waited a couple of hours for towels, toilet paper and extra bed only recieved them after we complained. Sheets dirty on bed. No complementary tea or coffee had to pay if you want it. Bathroom dirty. no room service they turned up after 5pm on second night and wanted to clean room while we were in their. told them not to worry as we were tired after a long day out. Free wifi that lasted 10 minutes but only worked on one phone. Choose somewhere else to stay. dont wast your money here you can find better.

"Charming Hotel smack in the heart of Hamra Street"

The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful treatment by the staff especially Mohammed.. He was an absolute darling.. So helpful and so considerate.. His attitude made the difference in my stay.. All the staff was so very kind .. will always stay here when I visit..

I booked a queen bed non smoking room , they gave me a room with double beds which smells of smoke , I asked to change it , they said there is no availability. The floors where dirty so is the bathrooms , towels smelled weird too.

Nice hotel with an excellent location. Pleasant staff with good room service. Hotel would be better if equipped with facilities (e.g. gym). Nespresso and tea are offered but for a fee (4,000 LL) each. Free wifi is available, but requires a new code everytime you reach the set limit.
