"The worst hotel experience I have ever had."

Nothing. I had to leave because it was so disgusting.

There was mild and mildew everywhere. The carpet was wet. The tile was sticky. The lamps were rusted. The window was covered in mildew and mold. The ac was broken. The bed was not made properly and you could tell was not fully washed The smell of the room was putrid. I have never walked out of a hotel room and this one I did. With what a mess it all was and the fact that I couldn’t even stay I would expect a refund but they didn’t even do that. They couldn’t care less that the hotel was like that. Management was zero help.
