I would like say don’t stay here. There is black mold growing everywhere, roaches crawling all over, the breakfast was absolutely awful. They won’t refund you either, they’ll let kids sleep in dirty rooms, and then still not refund anything. Don’t do it, you WILL regret it.

I didn’t like anything. The way this mess was handled was disgusting.

I love bf. I love caring staff. I loved room 105. I brought an extra night and the second night was glorious. the first night was great just the walk. but everything was still great.

I am disabled. first night I was on second floor way way down the hall😥

Looks are deceiving

First room had foul odor and ac wasn’t working properly then attempted to go to pool and it was locked with no closed sign or explanation and property manager Tierra Shambo refused a refund or any explanation

The young lady at the front desk was so kind.

The young lady at the front desk was so kind. There were employees outside the front door screaming about horrible pay and no resources to do their job. The bathtub in the first room we were given had a brown substance and hair in it making us feel like the rooms were not properly cleaned. The young lady helped us get moved to another room and was really kind. We know it wasn’t her fault but the hotel was literally gross.

Convenient Location - Proximity to shops and facilities

Conditions inside hotel rooms are not up to a satisfactory mark. Linen, Furniture, Carpets and General Sanitation should be UPGRADED to become competitive.
