Staff was great. Good location. Very soft bed. Shower head was good. Heater worked good. All in all though we liked our stay.
Door didn't shut great. Toilet was not very comfortable. It wasn't horrible but I don't know how to explain it. The bed was so soft that it was a downfall too. It hurt our backs.

Staff was friendly. Convenient to the store locations.
Looks like up dates were done to front lobby but the rooms needs more of the tlc they put into the lobby. The bed frames were longer than the mattresses. The lock on the door was broken. The shower curtain would not stay shut had to hold the curtain shut by faucet so the floor would not get soaked. Drywall above the flooring was rotted. All these simple things and all could be fixed for less the 100.00. Start in one room and fix all issues in it and boom better room to go with nice lobby.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. The lady that checked us in and out was delightful. The room was mostly clean, aside from the jacuzzi spewing out black gunk.
The door was difficult to close and lock. The smoke detector was missing. The wifi was too slow to watch TV and play music. The jacuzzi jets left a black ring around the tub, and the faucet was difficult to turn off. We had to wait 2 hours to get a towel, and were only brought one after I had called and asked for extra "towels," plural. Also, the staff that answered my call for more towels was a bit rude. The safe didn't work. The microwave wasn't plugged in. We ran out of TP and didn't bother asking for more since it took 2 hours to receive one towel.
