Red Roof Inn Somerset, KY

Overall a satisfactory experience. A/c was noisy but worked well. Bed was only moderately comfortable. The room was clean and had obviously been renovated since my last time here.

Nothing

It’s was so dirty on floor. Have to dry it off with the towel after shower and towel was dirty because of their floor. They expected us to get housekeeper do it. Nope I’m 9 months pregnant and had to clean water off from on the floor prevent for me to get fall. Be careful. They can be dirty business and tricked you with 50 refund damage. It’s was not damage nothing expect towel was so dirty because it’s from their dirty floor.

Nothing special about this hotel. Convenient to restaurants.

Changed rooms twice because light would not come on in one and bathroom fan was hanging down in other room. Instead of 10 mins to check in, it turned into an hour because of this. Also would not waive deposit, but rooms are not even up to par to begin with. Ridiculous. Will not be back. Was not worth what I paid.

Clean quiet central location

First, I wanna say when I pulled in I was a little scared looking at the area and how busy and congested it was. I wasn’t sure if it would be very quiet I wasn’t sure how to request a handicapped room. It was kind of confusing for the app they weren’t able to put me into a handicap room And unfortunately, I had to go upstairs. The worst part of it was the stairs and then we get to the room. It was cool wonderful everything on the outside looked clean. the inside of the room, was to but I definitely checked for bedbugs did not see any evidence The entire time we were there. We never saw a cockroach. I did see deposits of dead cockroaches, but nothing alive which means the cleaning crew probably missed it. Bathroom was clean the floors look clean. The refrigerator in our room was Luke cool to the point where the can was cool, but it had condensation all over it my ice pack that had been in my cooler. We put it in the freezer compartment. It didn’t phase it the bed in the room they put us in was so extremely comfortable. I slept better had no backache when I woke up and it was awesome and we did stay a couple nights so yeah it was good but they’re linen and the bedspread was covered in holes from where people had one smoked in the room. There was some stains on the sheets, but you could tell they had been clean Everything was clean pretty much by that standpoint it just needs remodelin and freshlinen overall, the staff and the whole experience was a great time thank you red roof

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Sack breakfast adequate.

Very unsafe. Smelled of smoke and dirty. We did not stay there I wouldn’t with my grandson no way. The pool was in the parking lot and dirty. It was not a family hotel. I would like to get my money back as I was still charged for a night and we would not stay there. Ther

I do not recommend this place. Room floor was so filthy that my feet were black. Bed was awful. Mattress was completely broke down in the middle. Bathroom fan was broken. I will never stay there again!!
