The first room they gave me had a very noisy AC unit, something was obviously wrong with it. The second room was just fine. A small thing, but everytime I went to the front desk there was no one there, I had to call a number which made the front desk phone ring in the back.

Bed lumpy/uncomfortale. Very very outdated. Filthy jacuzzi tub. Torn shower curtain. Bathroom faucet broken. Questionable location. No amenities. No elevator. Ice room in locked office. No 24 hour staff.

Location was central Pool was nice
I had reserved well in advance a king suite as I was traveling with my partner. At check they did not have a king available and we received 2 double beds. Was not the end of the world but I requested a discount as sleeping in a double bed was not ideal, and simply was not what I paid for. The receptionist, (who was very was friendly) could not offer a discount stating because it was booked through Booking.com and not with the hotel itself.

The room smelled like cat house at the zoo! I had to go buy room spray just to be able to stay. The lights over bed were so thick with filth I used a hand towel to turn on . All I can say is disgusting
