"extremely disconcerting night"

Unfortunately, our stay was not up to Hilton standards. The room was fine. we were given a room and went to sleep early since we had been up since 4am. At 8pm I was awakened by someone with a key entering our room ! Scary to say the least. Apparently, our room was also given to another couple after we had checked in. The front desk was apologetic but in all my years o staying at Hiltons I have never experienced anything like that. Needless to say, the rest of the night, we didn't sleep well.
